Our Dinner menu is designed with choices that a mixed crowd typically like.  We have also compartmentalized the course, so that you can design your menu based on your budget.  Of course, our company's Cordon Bleu trained Executive Chef can customize any meal plan you desire for your occasion.  Here are some of our most popular choices from past parties.

 Appetizers ($4.00 Per Person)

 Classic Shrimp Cocktail - 4 large prawns, chilled & served with spicy cocktail sauce.

Smoked Salmon with dilled Cream Cheese & grilled soda bread.

Chicken Pate with toasted Rye bread wedges

SOUPS

 Chicken Tarragon & Mushroom Soup thick, cream, & piping hot, this chunky chicken soup is delicious.

 Beef Consume Hot, rich beef broth and sauteed Spanish Onions, topped with French breac crouton, and melted Provolone. 

Beer Cheese Soup – three premium cheeses combined in a rich creamy base & finished with Budweiser.

SALADS

 House Feta Salad – Crisp lettuce tossed in tangy balsamic vinaigrette & topped with sliced onions, green olives, tomatoes, fresh basil, Feta cheese, & croutons.

 Waldorf Salad – Sour apples, celery, pecans, & mayo mixture on a bed of mixed Greens

Juicy 12 oz. Club sirloin seasoned, grilled to order and smothered in burgundy mushrooms and onions.  Served with garlic mashed potatoes & vegetable medley.

 Salmon Savignon

Seasoned grilled salmon topped with an herbed white wine cream sauce. Served with wild rice & vegetable medley

  Grilled Chicken Pasta Florentine

Tender linguine tossed in creamy spinach & garlic sauce, topped with grilled chicken, shredded Parmesan cheese, tomatoes, chives, & garlic toast

Colossal Crab Cakes

Succulent deviled crabmeat combined with herbs & spices, crumbed, pan fried, & topped with a garlic cheese sauce.  Served with garlic mashed potatoes & vegetable medley

 House Special Roast Beef

Herb dusted, slow roasted, & cut to desired temperature then ladled with beef demi-glaze.  Served with garlic mashed potatoes and vegetable medley

 Praline Pork Roast

Tender roasted pork loin seasoned & ladled with a slightly sweetened Praline cream sauce.  Served with garlic mashed potatoes & vegetable medley.
